We offer any type of training required for successfully organising change – be it at an individual level or throughout a whole company.
In keeping with our self-conception, we do not offer off-the-shelf, standardised training. Rather, we provide tailor-made training and qualification programmes, with pronounced emphasis on practice, experience and exercise, which induce lasting change in participants’ professional lives. At the same time, we combine our trainings with specific modules and reviews complementing implementation designed to ensure that training contents are indeed incorporated into corporate life. To attain substantial change at the level of culture and behaviour, it is important to train executives at all levels of company hierarchy just as the rank-and-file employees. In order to achieve this efficiently and thus cost effectively, we have developed very effective modules and training units that, for instance, can be conducted throughout the company by company own trainers, which we qualify for this purpose.
