Steffen Neiß is an experienced coach, trainer and tutor to executives, teams and employees. His special area of expertise is initiating inner and external change. He can be relied upon to provide all necessary assistance in implementing the resulting consequences in everyday life (integration). He possesses great empathy paired with profound knowledge in psychology and business administration. After completing a bank traineeship and graduating from university, he gained experience as an industry executive for a number of years. Five years of working as a consultant (at a McKinsey spin-off) has been complemented by 13 years of training and coaching experience in the fields of personality training, communication training and training executives.

In addition, he draws on knowledge acquired in several years of training in various fields of therapy. He is able to conduct training, fluently in Dutch and English.

Since 1987, Steffen Neiß has been married to his wife Constanze; they have 2 children. Steffen Neiß has made his hobby (people) to his job. In addition, he is a passionate yachtsman, golfer and musician.
