Klaus Mieslinger is an experienced manager and competent consultant, who has a successful history in assisting businesses in processes of change and improvement. After completing his studies as a product engineer, he gained first professional experience in the information technology sector. He accompanied various projects in developing and introducing modern, process-oriented standard solutions for company-wide IT applications. Since 1988, he has been a successful consultant and project manager. He has accompanied and implemented more than 50 different projects in businesses from industry, trade and services. He accompanied various projects in the communications, automobile and automotive supplies industry aimed at improving development, production and logistics (e.g., product lifecycle management, start-up management, just-in-time manufacturing and delivery, supply chain optimisation, IT system introduction, QS system introduction). His main focus is on planning and implementing comprehensive change processes, introduction of process management and organisational improvement in distribution, development, production and logistics.

He enjoys spending his leisure time with his children and supports their sports activities. He enjoys doing sports himself and is a passionate skier, motorcyclist and golfer.
