Profile Jörn Lommer

Jörn Lommer is an experienced and competent consultant and trainer, who has a successful history in assisting enterprises, its employees and executives in business process improvement and change. His most distinguished area of expertise is detailed analysis, reorganisation, improvement and successful implementation of business processes. Years of experience as consultant and project supervisor in combination with analytical and methodical proficiency, broad knowledge in business administration and organisation, and communicative, creative competence make him a sought after partner by our clients.

After completing his studies of business administration, he gained first professional experience at the Akademie für Unternehmensentwicklung (Academy of Business Development) where he was involved in business process improvement in various divisions of companies (e.g., order processing, manufacturing organisation, product development). Since 1996, he has been a successful consultant, trainer and project supervisor. He has accompanied and implemented various improvement and change projects in business from industry, trade and services. His personal focus is on the whole process of business improvement, ranging from analysis, through designing reorganisation and improvement, to implementation. In addition, he instructs and trains company own project supervisors and organisational staff in the methodology of business process improvement.

In his leisure time, he is a passionate jogger, skier and occasional tennis player. For some years, he has been living in Hamburg along with his wife Anja. Recently, a daughter joined the young family.
