Based on over 15 years experience, we assist businesses, organizations and individuals as well in planning and realising successful (thus verifiable) change.

Our services as well as our change approach rest on basic principles we term "looking at the whole picture/integration" and "help to help oneself:"

  1. Looking at the whole picture/integration:
    consultation and training are processes carefully coordinated and geared toward each other, and are implemented by actively involving the executives and employees affected. Consultants, coaches and trainers all speak the same “language” and employ the same consistent images and messages – across all hierarchies and target groups. It is an integrated concept in terms of people involved and subject matter.
  2. Help to help oneself: we empower our clients by assisting them in developing their own change agents who are then able to actively drive change from within as internal consultants, coaches, trainers and multipliers. After completing a joint project, our know-how from the outside will have settled “into the minds” of your employees. Your business will be put in a position to continuously pursue further improvement competently and economically on its own.
