Alexandros Skempes is an experienced manager and competent consultant, who has a successful history in assisting businesses in complex change and improvement processes. His most distinguished area of expertise is structured analysis, custom-tailored conceptual designs and successful implementation of comprehensive processes of change. Years of experience as chief executive and consultant in combination with his analytical and conceptual capabilities, profound expertise in business administration and organisation and related technical issues, paired with communicative, integrative competence make him a sought after partner by our clients.

After completing his studies as an industrial engineer, he gained first professional experience in the automotive supply industry where he accompanied various projects aimed at improving development, manufacturing and logistics (e.g., start-up management, just-in-time manufacturing and delivery, IT system introduction).). Since 1990, he has been a successful consultant and project manager. He has accompanied and implemented more than 30 different projects in businesses from industry, trade and services. His main focus is on planning and implementing comprehensive change processes and improving the organisation of distribution, development, production and logistics.

In his leisure time, he is involved in supporting youth sports and is also a passionate skier, yachtsman and golfer. He has been living with his wife, Mrs. Inge Wohlfarth, for 20 years. They share their love for their three children and common hobbies.
