This is an overview of our leadership trainings which have been developed in many years of experience:
"Leadership by coaching"
Coaching as an additional option next to “regular” forms of exercising leadership is gaining ever-more significance. Increasingly, the task of leadership is shifting toward “developing” one’s own employees. In this respect, our training offers practical instruments and methods which are practiced and applied as part of the course.
"Leadership communication"
In simulating 3 management levels, this training provides participants with an opportunity to test their leadership behaviour and receive immediate feedback. Participants repeatedly take on an active leadership role. They then receive feedback on the impression they make on others. Since the quality of leadership across several levels of hierarchy becomes apparent to participants, they become immediately aware of how their leadership behaviour affects others.
"Time, stress and self-management for managers"
At a time when product and innovation cycles are greatly accelerated and information overload poses a serious threat, time and stress management becomes a crucial skill. Based on insights from NLP and Educational Kinesiology, this training provides effective strategies for adequately dealing with stress and excessive demands on one’s time.
"Leadership in the crisis"
Participants get to know basic methods, models and regularities typical of crises and learn to apply this knowledge when difficult leadership tasks arise in crisis situations. The manager applies these methods both to him/herself and to his/her employees or his/her team.
"Potential analysis"
the potential analysis provides for the participants profound insights and images of personality – cooperation in drawing such a "leadership balance" fuels the impression of participating in a training with intensive feedback as opposed to traditional forms of assessment. Contrary to traditional assessment, give and take is balanced, thus creating a rather relaxed atmosphere. In so doing, an environment conducive to feedback and learning is created within the company, inciting strong motivation for additional development and training measures.
