Integrated qualification programme "Process consultant"

Our programme to become an integrated process consultant comprises all skills necessary for successful process consulting (process improvement) – at the level of technical expertise (“hard skills”) as well as in areas of so-called “soft skills”.

The integrated training programme consists of individual modules. While they can be booked separately, they are designed and conducted to dramaturgically and didactically complement one another. Thus, the training programme comprises 3 main pillars of qualifying process consultants:

1. Basic training for consultants (social/leadership/communication/conflict competence),
2. Technical qualification "Process Consultant" (process visualisation and improvement),
3. Process-oriented facilitation.
