Executive coaching

Coaching for executives is a form of consulting for people involved in management. Consulting focuses on developing leadership abilities and dealing with issues that emerge from the client’s professional life. Of course, in the sense of maintaining work-life balance, personal issues ought not be excluded. ChangePartner coaches’ range of activity comprises among other things:

  • encouraging self-reflection as a means of professionalisation,
  • support in identifying and changing behaviour, perception and assessment patterns, and
  • developing a constructive feedback culture.

Our coaching approach has been developed and continuously refined over many years. It is based on 4 work meetings and a review meeting. Prerequisite for this type of coaching to be effective is that it takes place within an approximately 3-month period without interruptions. This is necessary to ensure the proper time and space for insights gained to be assessed and incorporated. The effectiveness of this type of work turns on the client’s commitment to assign his or her own development top priority during this period of time.

By means of systematic analysis, coaching assists in developing individual goals and concrete recommendations based on immediate and sustained access to one’s own resources.

Goals, contents, methods and key issues are selected individually and according to the client’s needs. Joint analysis of needs and jointly determined goals provide the basis for this selection process.
