Klaus Mieslinger has been a consultant, coach and supporter for companies, executives, teams and employees in complex processes of change and optimisation since 1988. He specialises in designing concepts for change management processes, initiating these processes and supporting them throughout the implementation process. His portfolio of services includes structured analyses, customised conceptual designs, the successful implementation of essential measures and programme and project management for integrated change processes. Many years of experience as a competent consultant, coach and executive in combination with his analytical and methodical skills and profound professional and organisational knowledge along with his great sensitivity when dealing with people and his communicative, integrative competence make him a popular, professional partner with our clients.
After completing his studies in production engineering, he gained his first professional experience in the information technology sector, monitoring various projects for developing and introducing the latest process-oriented standard solutions for company-wide IT applications. Since 1988 he has been a successful consultant, coach and project manager and has supported and realised more than 50 different projects in industrial, commercial and services enterprises. In the IT, telecommunication, automobile and supply industries he realised process and organisational development projects aimed at optimising development, production, logistics, purchasing and support functions (e.g. the development of corporate and product strategies, product life cycle management, production systems, series production start-up management, just-in-time production and delivery, supply chain management, IT system development and introduction, quality management consulting, QS system installation, etc.). His personal focus is on drawing up concepts, planning and supporting integrated change processes, the introduction of a system of process management and the optimisation of operational and organisational structures in marketing, development, production, purchasing, logistics and indirect corporate functions such as finances, controlling and HR.
As the managing director of a consulting firm, he headed a team of approximately 20 employees for more than six years. Klaus Mieslinger is a Managing Partner with Change Partner AG. With his managing partner colleagues he heads a team of approximately 40 consultants and trainers.He has a passion for working with people. He likes spending his leisure time with his children and supports their activities in competitive sports. He enjoys doing sports himself, keeping himself fit with cycling and running. He is also an enthusiastic skier and motorcyclist and he recently took up golf too. He also loves cooking.
