Profile Jörn Lommer
Core competencies: change management, process improvement and employee mobilisation
Jörn Lommer is an experienced and competent consultant and trainer of enterprises, their employees and executives in fully optimising business processes and initiating and implementing change processes. Many years of experience as a consultant and project manager, together with his analytical and methodical proficiency, a wide knowledge of business administration and organisation in combination with communicative, creative competence make him a popular partner with our customers.
After completing his studies in business administration, he has been working as a successful consultant, specialist trainer and project manager since 1996. Until now he has designed and realised around 30 integrated optimisation and change projects in industrial, service and commercial enterprises. His personal focus is on the management of complex projects (change management) as well as on full business process optimisation. He understands this as being the phases of analysis and project definition, through designing and optimisation to conclusive implementation of target processes and measuring and control systems that have already been introduced.
He also instructs in-house project managers and organisational staff members in the methodology and thinking logic of business process optimisation. Until today, more than 600 people have participated in his related set of training units that he has been consistently developing since 1999. His great sensitivity and empathy as well as his wide experience enable him win people over and make him a competent contact partner with our clients. These skills result in particular from the management of international projects and demanding projects in terms of content and communication during phases of organisational and legal change.
In his leisure time, he is a passionate jogger, skier and occasional tennis player. He lives in Hamburg with his young family, wife Anja and two children.
