Profile Steffen Neiß

Steffen Neiß has been a consultant, coach, trainer and supporter to executives, teams and employees since 1993. He specialises in initiating internal and external change processes and in providing consistent support when implementing the resulting consequences in everyday life - for individuals and also in organisations. His considerable empathy when dealing with people paired with profound knowledge in psychological and business correlations make him a competent, genial and clear contact partner and supporter for members of top management and executives just as much as for teams and employees.

After completing an apprenticeship at a bank and graduating from university, Stefan Neiß gained several years of experience as an industrial executive. Five years of working as a consultant (at a McKinsey spin-off) were supplemented by the continuous development of his career as a consultant, coach and personality, communication and executive trainer - a career that now spans over 20 years.

He also brings in relevant know-how acquired in several years of training and further education in various fields of therapy. He is able to conduct his training courses in fluent Dutch and English.

As the CEO of a consulting firm, he headed a team of approximately 50 employees over a period of almost eight years. Steffen Neiß is a founder and Managing Partner of ChangePartner AG and the team of around 40 consultants and trainers.

He has been married to his wife Constanze since 1987; they have two children. Steffen Neiß has made his hobby (people) his job and he is also a passionate yachtsman, golfer and musician.
