Alexandros Skempes is an experienced manager, competent consultant and trainer for enterprises undergoing complex change and optimisation processes. His personal focus is on analysing, drawing up concepts and effectively realising and supporting integrated processes of change, on optimising operational and organisational structures and on improving communication and cooperation in all the divisions of an enterprise and in various sectors. Many years of experience as a chief executive and corporate consultant with responsibility, together with his analytical and conceptual skills, profound operational, business-related, technical and organisational expertise in combination with his communicative, integrative competence make him a popular partner with our clients.
After completing his studies as an industrial engineer, Alexandros Skempes gained initial professional experience in the automotive supply industry where he supported various projects aimed at optimising development, manufacturing and logistics processes. Since 1990 he has been a successful consultant, trainer, project manager and facilitator, having supported and realised a number of projects in industrial, commercial and services enterprises.
Since 2006 he has been a partner and Managing Partner with ChangePartner AG. Since 2007 he has also been a lecturer in the Process Management Masters study course at the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences (Economics and the Environment).
In his leisure time he is involved in supporting youth sports and is himself also a passionate skier, yachtsman and - most recently - golfer. He has lived together with his wife Inge Wohlfarth since 1986. They share their love for their three children and their mutual hobbies.
