Intersection Workshops
Brief description: Process chains in companies are complex: they not only run right through large departments; they also run between the various divisions in a corporation and across borders to supplier firms. If intersections are not clearly defined here and if there are also crises on an interpersonal relationship level, friction losses will be enormous. This seminar brings together the relevant parties involved (key positions) in a process chain in order to make procedures more transparent and more effective – and hence guarantee that everyone enjoys working together more.
