Brief description: People who always (have to) act against their own moral concepts lose their strength, commitment and motivation. On the other hand, people who lead or are lead in accordance with their values will be motivated to perform excellently, even in hard times. This seminar will show you how you can successfully lead employees and change companies with the help of values.

Target group: Can be tailor-made for groups of executives or for complete departments/teams

Duration: Initial fundamentals on understanding values are imparted in a one-day introductory training course, which can then be addressed in more detail in an advanced course if needed.
