Leadership balance
Brief description: Unlike grassroots employees, you as an executive will frequently get little feedback concerning your potential and your personality – and if you do it is within the framework and under the pressure of a classical assessment centre.With this training programme we offer executives the chance to give each other intensive feedback, to draw up a balance together, to strengthen their leadership skills and to formulate new targets for themselves.
