Efficient communication
Brief description: Companies waste a lot of time and money every day because of inefficient communication: information is lost or it becomes distorted as it is transported through the different levels in the hierarchy and executives talk at cross purposes or not at all. In our communication training for executives we simulate three typical leadership levels in a company in order to offer you a realistic setting to try out your leadership behaviour and change it if you wish.
