Brief description: Instability, the feeling of being directed by others in combination with strong change pressure and success pressure determine the everyday working life of many executives. Demands are high and they are getting higher all the time: in addition to a clear leadership role, managers nowadays are also assuming the role of consultants and coaches – for their own employees and also as a service provider for external and internal customers.Customary training programmes for executives do not cover these issues. Yet success requires a skilled combination of high intelligence and a strong personality, social and professional skills, creativity and light-hearted efficiency. The Leadership University aims to reinforce precisely these leadership skills.
