Value map

A value profile (according to Clare Graves) is a validated instrument that makes employee values, corporate values and hence practised cultures measurable and visible and places them in the context of the targets of the company and the challenges it faces. This is done in three steps:

  1. Analysing the individual values of the employees and the corporate culture (lived values) in an online survey
  2. Interpreting the value analysis in the context of corporate goals and challenges that need to be mastered by the company – usually in a joint workshop with the team in question
  3. Implementing measures suited to further developing corporate culture and employee values in accordance with corporate goals in order to enhance commitment and motivation in the long term
