  • "Change management"
    Participants gain a sophisticated understanding of the basic momentum underlying change processes, enabling them to deal with change more successfully. They become aware of the significance of their own role in change, become acquainted with major tools of leadership that may be employed in change processes and are provided opportunities to practice their use.


  • "Conflict management"
    Our training sheds light on the momentum of misunderstanding, ambiguity in communication, dispute, criticism and resentment, which in many cases trigger full-fledged conflict. In the course of such conflict, we tend to get caught up in typical patterns, thus becoming part of the problem. We would love to exit such situations, but frequently fail to find a way out. Our training promotes awareness of underlying patterns and provides options for successful conflict resolution.
