Approach

Based on initial assessment of the project, the concrete procedure and detailed design of each specific change approach is determined and tailored to fit the individual client’s needs and in close cooperation with management. Based on the Bridging-the-Dual-Gap Model and the Wave Concept it comprises the following components:

  • brief assessment prior to starting the project,
  • determining the current situation actively involving employees and management,
  • establishing goals and specific conceptions in cooperation with management,
  • detailed analysis of workplaces, processes, structures and culture,
  • planning and implementing steps leading up to the goal envisioned
  • continuous assistance in implementation and safeguarding success achieved.

Details of all steps involved are determined in accordance with client needs. Brief assessment consists of the following steps:

  • job clarification with management,
  • structured organisation and culture analysis based on the four areas of action in accordance with the Bridging-the-dual-Gap Model,
  • definition of areas to be addressed and potential for improvement,
  • development of a project choreography appropriate to the client,
  • presentation of results and agreement on next steps to be taken.

Based on the results of initial assessment, the change approach and the design of the whole process specific to the individual case are developed in detail in cooperation with management. This provides the common ground for implementing envisioned change.
